1. About the Service

Dottoon is the official creative platform of webtoon artist Leehya, offering free and Membership-only webtoon episodes.

2. Accounts

• Users under the age of 14 may be restricted from signing up or using the service.
• Please keep your account information secure.
• You are responsible for any issues arising from the use of your account.
• Using another person's account without permission is prohibited.

3. Membership Access

• After joining a Patreon membership, Membership access is granted once you complete membership verification on My Page.
• Memberships receive benefits such as access to Membership-only episodes and a Membership badge.
• Membership access is maintained based on your Patreon membership status and may be revoked if your membership is canceled or expires.
• Payments, refunds, and other billing-related matters are subject to Patreon's policies. For payment-related inquiries, please contact Patreon Customer Support.

4. Intellectual Property

All webtoon content on Dottoon is owned by artist Leehya. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial derivative works are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Capturing or distributing Membership-only content without authorization
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the service

6. Member Sanctions

Dottoon may impose the following sanctions on members who violate platform policies.

• Warning email notification
• Restriction of access to membership/premium content
• Account access restriction (login suspension)
• Forced account termination

Actions subject to sanctions include unauthorized sharing of membership content, abnormal usage, and similar conduct. For inquiries regarding sanctions, please contact support@dottoon.kr.

7. Service Changes

Dottoon may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice. No compensation will be provided for remaining Membership periods in the event of service discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer

Dottoon is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
